Procedure to Raise a Grievance

Customers can raise grievances via email at hello@finagg.in for general queries, including those related to credit information.

Level 2	If you are still dissatisfied with the resolution provided or if your enquiries/requests/complaints/notifications are not addressed to Level 2	grievance@finagg.in	10 Business Days
Level 3	If the concern remains unaddressed from the date of sending your email to Level 1 personnel in case of grievance or notification of breach	ashma@finagg.in	30 Business Days

Note: The above time frame can change depending upon the nature and complexity of the complaint as per the interpretation of the Grievance redressal officer.

A grievance is closed when resolved, accepted by the complainant, or remains unanswered from the customer for 45 days.
